I am absolutely amazed that unions can condone cuts in pay for their members. Watch out Carlisle City Council workers, you are next.
The council has spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on job evaluation.
It’s absolutely ridiculous that ordinary workers on low pay could have their pay cut in these stressful times.
