CUMBRIA Police are asking residents in parts of Carlisle to complete a survey.

Officers are appealing to those who live in certain areas of the city to complete an online survey.

This is to help law enforcement to better understand what issues are most affecting the people living in Carlisle.

A police spokesperson said: "Do you live in the Currock, Upperby, Harraby, Botcherby and Garlands/Carleton areas of the city?

"Do you have any ongoing neighbourhood issues in your area that you would like the police to explore? If so, we would like you to complete the linked community survey within two weeks.

"This allows us to work with partner agencies and task officers to address the issues you raise."
