THE A66 has now fully reopened to drivers.
Part of the road closed yesterday, April 20, due to an accident between Scales and Penruddock.
A National Highways spokesperson said: "The A66 between the A592 Redhills and the B5288 Motherby is now fully open.
"Thanks for being patient."
