AN existing conservatory in Great Orton could be demolished and replaced with a single storey rear extension if the plans are approved.
The proposed site is at Langstrath, a village near Carlisle, and the development would provide an enlarged kitchen area.
In addition, the applicant is hoping to build a single-storey detached store and garage at the site.
It is proposed that the walls would be a mix of painted render and buff facing brick and the roof would be constructed from concrete tiles.
In addition, the windows would be rosewood uPVC double glazed units and the doors would also be rosewood uPVC.
It is currently being considered by planning officers at Cumberland Council's planning department.
