Are you not aware we had 10 points deducted last season?
The 15 is an entirely separate issue.
I will put it in basics for you. There was no rule stating Leeds should be deducted points. The League sanctioned this rule just for Leeds. The arbitration is to decide whether the decision was right/wrong/fair.
It is impartial and any decision shouldn’t be disrespected by poor teams who couldn’t win enough games on the pitch to gain more points than any other teams.
