BREN’S FAB FOUR AS GRETNA GO GOAL MAD

GRETNA began their match preparations for the SPL campaign by running up a 15-0 aggregate win in two friendly games last night.

Former Carlisle United winger Brendan McGill scored four as Gretna won 10-0 at St Cuthbert’s in Kirkcudbright.

Colin McMenamen also netted a hat-trick.

And another Gretna side won 5-0 at Dalbeattie Star, with James Grady scoring two. The other scorers were Erik Paartalu, David Graham and Fabian Yantorno.
