Play I spy, not iPods

I USED to love going out in the car with my parents when I was a child.

I’d happily sit in the back and never got bored. I’d usually have a book to read but more often than not we’d play a game of I spy.

Nowadays it seems interest in this traditional pastime is waning. Today’s children list their iPods, mobile phones, games consoles, in-car DVD players as musts to take on long journeys.

I wonder what other traditional pastimes are coming to an end without us realising it?

Can you think of any? Then tell Timeline.
